Challen has been a professional IC Layout Designer since 1990.
He has worked at several Silicon Valley companies from start ups, to ‘big’ companies and has experienced being a solo layout designer helping a startup get on its feet as both a contractor and employee to being a staff member and a layout manager.
Challen enjoys understanding and learning about what makes “good” layout good and seeks to apply and share these principles when possible for the benefit of the teams he works with. You too can be part of the team.
